About Naud

I love being a front-line Growth Leader. The thrill of connecting customer needs to the strategy and execution of the organisation is what makes me tick.

I get energy from driving growth. Finding those unmet customer needs, building new value propositions, laying out (corporate) ventures, M&A and setting up new partnerships.

In 2024 life knocked on my door and I got stuck. I needed a break. I left the corporate world and started to deepen my self-understanding. It was not easy. And that is an understatement. But slowly I came to new insights and energy.

I am an Incubator and a Bridge Builder. I live to make change. And I love it as well. And I am fascinated by the magical play between sustainable growth and authentic leadership.

That is why I have started supporting Growth Leaders in 2025. To support growth based on my experience and expertise but driven from my passion and my heart.

I studied Law back in the days and I feel privileged to have been trained by Hays, IMD and several other Management institutions.

But even more so I have learned significantly during my coaching- and development-trainings by Phoenix Opleidingen, the Centre for Life & Intuition, Piet Weisfelt and many others.

I live near Amsterdam, I am married and a father of three. I like to read about Greek Mythology and I must admit that I have a little library on Golf Course Architecture at home. In my spare time I love to play golf with my family and friends or go out on my bike for a ride through the Dutch Dunes.
